Consultation & Planning

At this stage, our consultants focus on the customer. They initially get to know his or her needs, present the range of possibilities offered by modern digital transformation. The consultants also try to get to know the client's goals related to the implementation of new services.

Design & Development

In the next project phase, we work together to shape the implementation plan. We take current systems into account and incorporate them into the plan. We focus on both short-term and long-term goals.

Implementation

In the implementation phase, NAV.COM programmers implement designed solutions in your organisation. In this phase, we integrate the new software with your existing software, test it and submit to final modifications.

Data migration

Data migration is an integral stage of any large IT project. As a rule, it requires a lot of both labour and time. However, successful data migration is a prerequisite for the success of the production launch of a new system. Therefore, each time before the start of a new system, we perform an appropriate number of trial business processes.

Support

At the final stage of the project, our consultants transfer knowledge related to the operation of new solutions to persons designated by the customer. NAV.COM also offers service plans, thanks to which the client is taken care of during the use of the system. NAV.COM strives to maintain continuity in relations with the customer and, if necessary, support the customer in every aspect of implemented solutions.

FAQ

We believe that only a system which is well tailored to the individual needs of each customer will meet their expectations. Therefore, from the very beginning of each new project, we first try to understand the customer’s needs and expectations related to the system change. We carefully collect elements of the desired expectations, prioritise them and present their feasibility within our system. Thanks to our close cooperation with the customer, our solutions serve customers for many years and are eagerly developed.

Each good plan must be well thought out and preferably described in a concise form, so that it can be used in the future to develop the changes introduced into the system. Practice shows that undescribed changes hinder uniformity and compactness of the system. The system should definitely make many things easier but without compromising the overall usability. Having a well-written documentation significantly facilitates the development of functionality in the future as well as provides an excellent opportunity to develop an optimal solution.
